You can typically pick up industrial racking with a standard pickup truck, utility trailer, or box truck, depending on the size and quantity of the items. For larger or bulkier orders, a flatbed truck or larger vehicle may be necessary. Please check the dimensions and weight of your order prior to pickup.
We definitely don’t recommend showing up with a sports car, a motorcycle, or your kid’s wagon! While we admire creativity, industrial racking isn’t exactly convertible-friendly. Stick with vehicles like pickup trucks, trailers, or box trucks to ensure everything fits safely. If you’re in doubt, give us a shout—we’re here to help steer you in the right direction!
All sales are final, and all used materials are sold in "as-is" condition—no returns, no take-backs, just straightforward solutions for your warehouse needs!

Paying for your order is easy! Keep an eye out for an emailed invoice from our QuickBooks accounting system—it might even sneak into your junk folder, so be sure to check there just in case. Once you find it, simply click the gray “Review & Pay” button in the email to complete your payment online.
Prefer to pay in person? No problem! Bring a business check along with a printed copy of your emailed invoice, and hand it to our warehouse team when you pick up your order.
